Torrent stuck at downloading meta

Hi, I've been experiencing problems with torrent clients in OpenSuse, I had the same issue in CentOs and had no clue how to resolve it.

Before getting torrent metadata from DHT when downloading with magnet link, first download. aria2 saves a control file when it stops regardless of the value.
