Google play apps stuck on downloading

11 Nov 2019 The Google Play Store is the default app store on all Android devices. Pending or stuck downloads are one of the most common issues faced 

downloading got stuck on some percentage 30% , 72%, 73% . no matter which application i am trying to download. i thought i might have removed some important system files. and might be a full phone restore is required. i tried following methods available on internet. go in settings force stop google play store > clear data > clear cache. I have found that if I leave an app “downloading”, it will eventually download after about 3-4 hours, which is still super annoying.
